Weathernews has teamed up with JUIDA (Japan UAS Industry Development Association), one of Japan's largest drone industry associations, to plan and produce the weather curriculum — and teach it — for its new e-learning course, "Aviation Weather Information for Drone Operations."

Chapter 3: Weather Conditions to Watch During Flight | Localized gusts and downdrafts, sudden thunderstorms, landslide risk, poor visibility (fog and smoke), snowfall, and flight risks in extreme cold or heat — with practical countermeasures
Chapter 4: Reading and Using Weather Information | How to make the most of public weather information, plus an introduction to Weathernews' high-resolution forecasting services that support drone operations
